Refund Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refund payments, if eligible, will be paid to the customer once the item has been returned and received by Bonny Boutique. 

To complete your return, we may require a return postage receipt or proof of purchase. Returns postage is paid for by the customer.

Bonny Boutique is not responsible for lost returns and cannot refund payments for lost items. If you are returning items, please keep a proof of postage in the event that the parcel goes missing. It is the customers responsibility to return the parcels in a timely and safe manner. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: sarah@bonny-boutique.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at sarah@bonny-boutique.co.uk and send your item to: 127 Tanbridge Park, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1SF.

Shipping
For all international orders, customers are responsible to check and be aware of custom duties, VAT and handling charges in their country.

To return your product, please mail your product to: 127 Tanbridge Park, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1SF.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
